Access Constructions were proud to be awarded the design and construction project of a new a retail development in Middleborough Road Box Hill Sth for SGH. SGH are one of the largest retail brands in Australia and this development was to relocate one of its existing Spotlight store in Box Hill to a new location with the addition of their other brands Anaconda, one of Australia’s leading camping and adventure superstore. Further tenants include Petstock and Degani. The development saw an additional 2 retail outlets and 4 food tenancies to cater for the large volume of shoppers.

The project commenced construction in February 2015 with Anaconda opening its doors on November 2015 and Spotlight opening in December 2015. Access Constructions was proud to work alongside Blueprint Project Management to deliver the buildings to coincide with their busy Christmas period.

The construction was challenging due to the amount of fall on the existing site, due to our in-house experience and dedicated design team, we were able to overcome the necessary challenges put in front of us during design and construction.
