For 40 Years the Bernardo’s have grown their property portfolio in the west suburbs of Melbourne and have entrusted Access Constructions to design and construct a new business park in the prominent position of Geelong Road and Grieve Parade. The construction of 3 tenancies and café including relocating their current tenant Total Tools from a couple of doors down ironically a building Access Constructions built for Bernardo’s over 10 years ago.

The Totals Tool Brooklyn is now one of the largest specialist tool showrooms in Australia which includes the offices for business also.
Access Constructions also undertook further works after the completion to add additional amenities to tenancy 3, a second café space and workspace area within the rear of the building. Access Constructions also completed a minor fit out for the tenant.
