Bob Jane T Marts is Australia’s largest independent tyre retailer and Access Constructions was awarded to add to their portfolio with another prominent outlet, this time in Nunawading. The purpose built building is located on the corner of Maroondah Highway and Springvale Road was constructed to the satisfaction of project management firm Jane Properties.

On handover of the site to Access Constructions, we were provided with an existing shop to demolish and due to the tight nature of the site in a very prominent position it certainly made for a challenging build.
